Chairperson National Commission for Women visited the Central Jail in Srinagar where she met and interacted with 47 women inmates She directed the jail authorities to provide proper legal aid to the inmates through the District Legal Service Authority DLSA She also emphasized on providing weekly counselling sessions and medical checkup of the women inmates on 28 June 2023
