NCW organized a Seminar on "Empowering Women through Entrepreneurship" in collaboration with Women Studies Centre, Mizoram University, Aizwal. Chairperson Smt. Rekha Sharma opens the addressing remarks to the Scholars, Faculty & Participants. Women Entreprenuers from Mizoram shared their success stories at the Seminar. They had good interactions with Chairperson, Members and Member Secretary of the Commission.

A panel discussion was also conducted at seminar wtih the panellists Dr. C Vanlalrangsama, IES, Secretary, Dept. of Planning and Program Implementation (Govt. of Mizoram), Prof. Darun Kumar, IIT Guwahati, Dr Rama Ramaswamy, Dept. of Commerce, Mizoram University.
